Goal: Numbers and calculation

Tame as many ogres as possible by offering them snacks to their liking! To do so, you must roll, with one or two dice, a number that matches the one on the ogre's card. Show off your cooking talents and become the master of these adorable pet ogres!

Yuck! is designed to help children ages 3 to 9½ develop their understanding of numbers and their calculation skills. The three levels of difficulty make it a progressive game that takes into account the order in which different number concepts are acquired.

Game contents:

• 60 ogre cards (3 levels)
• 2 dice numbered 1 to 3
• 8 dice numbered 1 to 6
• 1 guide
• the game rules

Why this game?

Before starting school, children build their own knowledge of numbers. This will serve as a foundation for learning mathematics. It is therefore worthwhile to give them number-related experiences during this period, and to keep stimulating them throughout their development to consolidate their skills.

Yuck! lets children develop their understanding of numbers and their calculation skills through playful, stimulating experiences. The three levels offered make it a progressive game that takes into account the order in which different number concepts are acquired by children.
